What we sell

We sell digital templates (editable files and printable PDFs) for short-term-rental hosts. Products are delivered as instant digital downloads — nothing is shipped.

Your license

• When you download a free template or buy a paid one, you receive a license to use and edit it for your own hosting business and the properties you operate.
• You may not resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the template files themselves, or pass them off as your own product. If you would like to share, please point people to the page, not the file.

Intellectual property

The templates, site content, brand name and design remain the property of The Host Suite. Your license does not transfer ownership.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the site or files for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the website. We may suspend access where these terms are broken.

Availability & "as is"

We work to keep the site and downloads available and accurate, but they are provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from their use, to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by our refund policy.

Changes
