We want the templates to actually earn their place in your hosting. If a paid template is not the right fit, our 14-day refund promise has you covered.

14-day refund promise

If you are not happy with a paid template, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right, including a refund. Because these are digital products you keep, we may ask for a sentence on what did not work — it helps us improve.

How to request a refund

Contact us with the email you used at checkout and the product name. We aim to respond within a couple of business days.

License — what you can and cannot do

• You can edit any template and use it across the properties you host, for as long as you like, including future updates to that product.
• You cannot resell, share or redistribute the template files, or include them in another product for sale. Share the page link, not the file.

Free downloads

Our free printables are free for your personal hosting use. Please do not repost the files themselves — link people to the download page so they get the latest version and any future improvements.
