A sign for the door, four cut-out cards for the counter, and a checklist that gets your place left the way you want it. Written to ask for the five things that genuinely help, in a tone that keeps the five stars.
Cheaper in the Complete Host Suite, with all six templates.
Ask for too much and guests feel like unpaid cleaners. That is the single most common complaint in check-out reviews, and it is entirely avoidable. Ask for nothing and your turnover runs late, your cleaner is left with a full dishwasher and stripped nothing, and the next guest checks in to a place that is not quite ready.
These cards ask for five things: strip the beds you used, run the dishwasher, take the rubbish out, heating down and lights off, keys left where they belong. That is the list guests actually do.
No vacuuming. No mopping. No remaking beds. The sign says so out loud, in one line: please do not feel you need to clean beyond this, that is what the cleaning fee is for. Saying it explicitly is what turns the list from a chore sheet into a courtesy.
Page 2 is a full-page sign, numbered, readable from across the kitchen, for the fridge or the back of the door. Page 3 is four cut-out cards on one sheet with dashed guides: check-out, contact and wifi, bins and recycling, and a thank you card that asks for the review properly.
Late check-out, luggage storage and leaving early, all decided once and written down, so you are not negotiating them by message at 9am on a turnover day. Plus two messages you can copy and paste: the reminder to send the night before, and the thank you and review ask to send after.
A six page, print-ready PDF with fillable fields throughout. Print the sign, cut the cards, fill in your times and key spot. No Canva account, no subscription. Reuse it for every guest, on every property.
